  設備豐富，一次進去，游泳、重訓、跑道各種都能使用。週三運動日還有對外同員工價。

  地理位置雖較偏遠，對有開車想運動的民眾比較方便，體育館規劃多元，但空調運作需要再加強。

  Equipped with excellent indoor tennis (fast court, non slippery and probably the fastest in Taipei), badminton, TT, running track and basketball replaceable by volleyball courts plus outdoor tennis and basketball courts. Indoor "Swimming pool" is 50m, very well maintained and less crowded. Basic instruments in gym. Staff working here are polite and very friendly. If often rains at nangang, so it is a haven for indoor sports lover.

  重量訓練設備很多，近期也在宣導使用者的衛教，館方很用心，可惜使用者還需要再教育。

  需入場費，場地租用費用另計，場地使用需事先登記，停車需在院外找路邊停車格再步行入內較不方便
