  I have a membership in Japan. when I traveled to Taiwan, also could use the gym with the same key. it was very convenient. This gym is kind of small and there are not many kinds of machines but overall, okay. Enough for everyday exercises. I will recommend other gym for weight training. bathroom and toilet are very clean!

  Nice gym and clean toilet ! Only disadvantage is AC too strong when you sweat it's a bit uncomfortable for big wind, suggest to install better air circulation instead of turning up super AC

  Came here to train while on a holiday. Good equipment: bumper plates and 3 power racks with multiple olympic bars. The place could do better with more benches though. Otherwise, excellent equipment overall. There is a wide area for stretching as well. Machines included were pretty standard. Amenities: there were at least 4 toilets and showers if i recall correctly. Lockers werw provided along with hairdryers. Place looked very clean and proper. In sum, an adequate and nice gym away from home.

  去年底到今年初, 至少看到這附近有兩家健身中心成立, 之前是一月光復南路和忠孝東路口附近的 World Gym (登記地址是忠孝東路, 但是及出入口應該是光復南路), 然後又看到這一家 Anytime Fitness 在籌設中 (還沒開始營運) 看來是很夯的行業, 也證明是人們越來越重視健身了. World Gym 和 Anytime Fitness 都設在B1, 可能是因為場地大, 租金比較合理的緣故吧. 這家是開幕了，努力招募會員中。
