    臭豆腐外皮香酥內裡軟嫩，配著夠味的泡菜吃起來不過油膩；蛋餅真是一絕，鮮少遇到這樣的組合，但是蛋餅的表現更讓人印象深刻，表皮煎的焦焦酥酥的，裡面則包裹著熱騰騰的餡，淋上美奶滋，吃起來相當過癮。
