  服務超好！！今日到總店試吃，前面試吃了幾種口味都不是很喜歡，但服務人員黃小姐依然很有耐心的推薦我們其他口味，讓我們試吃。試吃時也不時確認我們杯子裡是否還有茶，真的非常貼心！！❤️❤️❤️回去馬上大力推薦給親友！！👍👍👍

  和太太試吃喜餅，服務人員黃小姐態度不佳，且我們提出問題，回答也沒有耐心。我們共４人去只給了８片餅乾（其中還有漏拿１個口味沒有提供，卻重覆拿另一種一模一樣的），後來茶喝完了也沒有倒，一切都是我們提醒才提供服務.....，也完全沒有網友們分享的那種帶回家也給家人試吃的包裝服務，整體經驗讓人感覺很不開心，原本對aunt stella服務人員印象佳，從這次的經驗也大打折扣。

  今日到總店試吃婚禮喜餅，原本一向對aunt stella印象很好，之前遇到的接洽人員也很親切，惟獨這次造訪讓我和老公及公婆很傻眼。 服務人員黃小姐態度不佳，我有點無言到思考是不是不想做我們這個生意（？）。原因在於： 1. 我們一共4個人去，黃小姐只給8片餅乾讓我們試吃，其中還有拿錯口味重覆了，漏掉１個口味沒有拿，我提醒錯誤後，她才補過來。 2. 過程中完全沒有介紹跟說明各種餅乾，我對某個口味餅乾有提問時，她也不耐煩地回應說: 啊就是XXX口味啊！就這樣結束介紹。 3.我們四人茶喝完了，也沒有補茶，就空在那邊，直到我們說沒有口渴了，才去拿茶來盛 整體來說，黃小姐沒有介紹也說明不足，不論是訂單問題或是餅乾介紹，我們的提問也是回答態度不佳，我原本對aunt stella很喜歡也很期待這次的造訪，但結果卻讓人失望，希望身為總店服務人員應多加改善服務態度才是。

  Not easy to find as it is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building where there's no signage from the entrance. However, the VIP lounge provides a comfortable and ambient environment to understand what products and packages they have. Do make a reservation if you intend to try their cookies there. The prices and selections are the same as all the outlets, but you get more one-on-one service shall you choose to come here. It is where people come and discuss the discounts or promotions for larlarger quantities for Do the wedding giveaways or baby gifts. Their cookies are always crispy and delicious . Though pricy, it is always one of the top choices for me.
