  Terrible experience at this location as with other branches of the Bank of Taiwan. I only went out of necessity (government business). Went first to the cashier who wouldn't cash my cheque. I asked if that wasn't one of the most basic services of a cashier, Sorrento apparently not. He sent me to the deposit/withdrawal desk (which seemed illogical since I didn't have an account there, although in Chinese, to be fair, the meaning is "general or regular services." To think the English titles in Taiwan's national bank could be so amazingly and incompetently inaccurate! Waited FORTY MINUTES just to see the clerk, who said he couldn't help me and sent me off to my local post office bank (although I was told that they couldn't help me 🤔). Waiting those 40 minutes there was, on average, 25 clients waiting in line (according to the digital monitor). Yet only one or two of the six windows were open despite a half dozen people doing nothing. I saw a few people leave after waiting almost as long as me. Horrible and excruciatingly slow service. I would never use this bank.

  外匯業務的服務小姐很冷漠，根本不考慮客戶的需求和感受，建議不要來這間台灣銀行換外匯。
