  Dinner here was memorable for the wrong reasons. First we had to return 2 dishes to the kitchen: one because the server brought the wrong item, one because there was a hair stuck to the food. Then the straw for the drink I ordered had a hole in it, making it essentially useless. After that, the ambient music playing over the PA started to skip and loop like a broken CD before they finally shut it off for the rest of the meal, making the atmosphere a little awkward as the sounds of clattering plates and kitchen noise seeped into focus. Finally, they comped nothing and still charged the 10% service fee.

  The place has an Italian name and the appearance of an Italian restaurant... But... I got served salad with a ketchup based salad sauce and brown lettuce leaves... And a veggie pizza with no tomato sauce and poor 5 little pieces of tomato.. Leaving more than 3 fingers of pasty dry and uncovered .... To top it, everything was covered in a decorative net of sugary sweet mayonnaise... They charge service few so I did not expect them to grab the plate under my hand while I was still holding the last piece of pizza, nor that I had to wait 20 min for my tiramisu... Said tiramisu though was definitely the best and most Italian thing about this whole place.

  The food here is good value and tasty. Service is slow though. Drinks came out after both the entree and the main which is strange. Staff speak no English or Italian.

  There was no seat available at 7.30 pm so I was asked if I want take away. When I said yes they told me waiting time 20 min. And then after 20 they asked another 10 and in the end I got my pizza after 1 hour. Terrible service. They could have just said they don't have capacity instead of making me wait for 1 hour for that Pizza with Sugar topping 😞
