::初次拜訪這家看起來很美味的傳統小吃店家 😁 有些店家，一看起來就有讓人食指大動的fu~ 這家便是這類型的店面 😁 掐指一算... 嗯，平時過門而不入也約有三次以上了... 不是剛吃飽~ 就是剛好店休~ 又或者是其它我想不起來的理由... 呵呵~ 這天飄著貓貓細雨.... 鋒面來襲~溫度驟降... 實在很冷... 所以肚子很餓很餓.... (神邏輯？！) 總而言之，肚子餓了.... 😏 點了一碗滷肉飯+滷蛋和一份綜合乾拌 很特別的是，菜單上滷肉飯還標註了肥/瘦兩種選擇，這個有貼心到....很替人著想 😄 滷肉飯的口味則是甜甜的傳統南部味兒... 好吧，我刻板印象 😶 但甜味的確明顯... 應該是用冰糖入味的用心熬煮而來.... (路人甲：很會掰...😫) 因為我只知道滷豬腳會用到冰糖 😅 呵呵... 順帶一提，他們使用的餐具都挺乾淨的，雖然是老店，但厚實的白瓷碗與鮮有刮痕的湯碗，讓人用起餐來，挺愉快的 😊 滷蛋~嗯...嘉義車頭火雞肉飯的滷蛋比較好吃，呵呵~ (路人甲：這小子來亂的 🤔) 綜合乾拌，喔哦~好吃耶，呵呵內有小腸/大腸頭/肝漣等豬雜... 配料豐富，很值得一嚐呦 😉 (路人甲：人家招牌的豬血湯呢，貌似沒點？！) 嗯，我只點我想吃的，其它的，下次再來試試 😅 對這家店的印象是，用餐時刻總是門庭若市...... 喔，這樣我想起來了!!! 其中一次沒停下來吃的原因便是~ 人太多了!!! 我懶得等....😏 哈哈~ 可推~! 走過路過，別錯過囉 😄

::Old school Taiwanese shop where the shop keeper has a huge pot of soup in front of her low stool with all the ingredients around her. Ordered the pigs/ducks blood soup with chives. Very flavorful soup, chives were a great addition but the blood was quite hard and solid. I enjoyed the texture but some people can be turned away from it. Fried noodles were tasty - sweet, salty from pork oil and garlic, with a slight hint of vinegar (my favourite part).

::A very nice place to know the local food, greasy rice (rice with minced pork). You can choose the intensity of greasiness or just thin pork. Tasty meatballs and soup.

::Yummy fish soup... no English spoken, so just point on one of six dishes and wait. Fish soup was excellent, the owner a bit grumpy (untypical for Taiwan).
