  第一次去，覺得外觀好特別，裡面也很有復古風格，可以拍電影的感覺。目前由「回龜山青年陣線」維持，有免費商店，每兩周的周日開放一次，會辦一些藝文活動和課程，希望跟社區民眾也能多連結，加油囉。

  2018年 志工臉書粉絲頁公佈洋樓開放時間。 1886年始建，1927年改建成現貌。曹家第一代經營煙草生意致富，第二代成立「曹順和」商號。 巴洛克式建築洋樓是一棟三層樓水泥磚構建築，遠眺大漢溪、背靠虎頭山，是龜山僅存洋樓，曾經是龜山最高的建築物。 2016年開始由一群志工整理維護並於此分享蒐集龜山文化故事。

  許多美麗的古蹟建築，都是經過長時間的修護才有現今的樣貌。一同加入古蹟的重建與修復，會比走馬看花拍照打卡更有意義

  1927年建造，融合西歐風格及日式的建築。曹氏商人在清法戰爭時因煙草而致富，到二代曹丁波更擴大經商並花了500兩黃金建造洋樓，為龜山早年商業發展的重要里程碑。1985年因住戶遷出，日漸荒廢而游民入住，2015年經清理，漸重現當年風華, 。It was built in 1927A.D. as Japanese ruling Taiwan at that stage, the design of the house was with western style and also mixed Japanese style. The ancestor of Tsao became rich due to Tabaco business, the 2nd generation expend the business scope making more money and achieving the leading businessman of Gua-Sang area. It was told that 500 ounces gold was the cost to built the house. The house became careless after the move out in 1985 A.D. and even possessed by vagrant. Until 2015 A.D. the house has been cleaned and open for visit.
