  The sales associate, Alicia, was so kind and helpful. I appreciated how patient she was with us. She didn't put any pressure on us and gave us time and space to think about what we really wanted. Very enjoyable experience.

  I visited the Taipei 101 location of Cartier while on holiday in August of 2017, and I received what I then perceived to be good service. I looked at the thin rose gold Love bracelet as a gift for my mom. The sales associates told my mother, my father, and me that this bracelet is different from the original Love in that it can be removed on a daily basis and that it did not even need to be screwed to be secure. I had the original Love bracelet so I knew nothing about the new one; we took the sales associates’ assurances as fact. We also had seamless experiences when we purchased my Love bracelet and various Ballon Bleu watches. We brought the bracelet back to New York to have it engraved. It was then that we learned that the bracelet was faulty: the screw could not move, no matter how many sales associates tried to get it to budge. When I told them that I was told that the bracelet did not need to be screwed, the New York sales associates were horrified by the laziness behind such a comment, and they informed me that the bracelet did indeed need to be secured with the screw. The bracelet has since been sent for repairs. The sales associates at the Taipei 101 Cartier were remarkably unprofessional in their giving false information and bad advice that could have caused the bracelet to fall off and be lost. They also erred in not checking the bracelet screw before giving us the bracelet. It has been two months since we purchased the bracelet, and we have lost many days of wear due to avoidable errors that began at this boutique.
