  Good location. The area has a lot of good restaurants and shops, it is close to residential area, very safe and quiet. The hotel is clean. The staffs are nice and helpful.

  We had a great stay with your hotel, which is great because we have one more night booked with you at the end of our Taiwan trip. All the staff were lovely - front desk, cafe and cleaning. Breakfast yummy... although could be heated better. The only two things I would suggest are newer towels (they let down the whole experience) and perhaps a choice of pillows or pillows with more substance. Otherwise a great stay for our family and we would book again. Thanks

  I enjoyed staying at Chaiin hotel. The location is super convenient and staffs are really freindly. You can reach whereever you want without any issue since the subway red line is connected. Therefore, If I have any chance to visit Taipei, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

  We stayed at Chaiin Hotel for Chinese New Year. While the room was a little small (it's a budget business hotel), the location, cleanliness, bathroom, breakfast, and value were all great. Reception was extremely helpful with all our needs on multiple occasions.

  Fantastic hotel with great location for right beside the MRT. Rooms are small but very modern and has a great use of space. Rooms have all the things you need at a great price. Only downside is that the hotel has only one elevator that is also shared with the post office which can cause a long wait.
