  The food and tea is good here, but the staff and operation is largely inept. Wait times are obscene for food, and tea. Tables are regularly left filthy for 30-minutes and the staff who take orders seem incredibly incompetent. Outside area is alright except for the smoking campers that litter the area giving it a bit of a ghetto vibe. This place could be such a great place as its right across from the park but instead is a mismanaged typical Taiwanese substandard operation.

  Easy to have a drink and meals from small to big. Traditional atmosphere and fancy trendy famous bubble drink.

  Tea Shop with Snacks - It's a nice place like all the other locations from this chain, but the service is really slow on the weekends.

  Some good foods they have. But the bubble tea is the reason most people visit it.

  Pretty upscale and so is the price. Great ambient with both indoors and outdoors seatings. Address is misleading. Better access is from the city park side.
