  Super spicy. I like spicy food, but this place is a bit too next level for me. I just order the 1 start and it's perfect. One of my favorite spicy wonton and the chicken noodle bowl is awesome!

  I'm not usually one to eat noodles, but the noodles here are special; savory, spicy, and with a great texture. You can choose your spice level or choose to have no spice, but we'll all silently judge you if you don't at least order the minimum spice level. I think the best way to order is the small size "small" spicy original flavor noodles. Minimum spice is too mild, and medium can be a little spicy; strong spicy is already insane and choosing to do the challenge can send you to the hospital. Small spicy is spicy enough to actually be spicy without masking the flavor of the toppings, which you really don't want to mask because the toppings taste good. The original flavor has a ground meat and beans mix that can stand up to the spice; it's salty, slightly sweet, and quite savory. My friend used to order shredded chicken but decided to switch the original flavor after taking a bite, it's just better. I also recommend trying the spicy wontons (紅油抄手) to add some protein to your meal.

  You can find really amazing spicy noodle here. It's the best one in Taipei

  Spiciest noodles I have ever had. Period. Has non-spicy version to appeal to those who cannot tolerate heat. And for the adventurous, there is the "Super Mega Spicy Challenge." Complete the bowl within half and hour and you get to eat free. If you fail, the bowl is NT500.
