    每次前往寄件，每次都有不同的標準，每個員工也是都有自己喜愛的作業方式，一點都不便民，也不親切，應該是郵局的工作，都要寄件人自己處理，那乾脆所有的作業都讓寄件人自理就好，何必要郵務員。
