  我們家狗狗在這邊洗澡 回家全身過敏!!我第一次看到他被洗澡帶回家是全身發抖....毛髮摸起來也是油的 全身都是臭的!!

  要求廸斯奈寵物美容把我的兩隻狗洗淨，剪裁和指甲修剪。 等了6個小時才收到電話說可以去接狗狗。 毛是有剪但是沒有洗，我想寵物美容店只用一些粉末來掩蓋氣味。更誇張的是1隻狗的腳趾也流血了。 我從來沒有見過這麼糟糕的服務。真的令人失望。 I requested to have 2 of my dogs washed, cut and nails trimmed. It took 6 hours to have both dogs done. When we went to pick up my dogs, our dogs smelled the same from the time we drop them off. My dogs WERE NOT washed. I would assume that they only used some kind of powder to mask the smell. They were cut and their nails were trimmed, however NOT washed. And to top it all off, one of my dogs had a bleeding toe. I’ve never seen such poor service. Really disappointing service.
