The tour narrator is from Kuroshio Ocean Education Foundation and well trained for biology of dolphin/whale, ocean current, mountains, and history of East Taiwan. All Cingshui Cliff Tour programs are before dawn. Good and enough sleep and less breakfast keep your from sea sickness and nausea.
