  I have stayed here three times and the quality is pretty consistent. They have lots of hotel equipment one can use. I didn't use hotel service so can't say much about their catering, but the place itself is nice enough for a stay. Though if you're not planning on using anything in the hotel living next doors would be equally comfortable I think.

  Nice hospitality, great to stay. Bit pricy though. But worth it. Has awesome places to hangout with friends. Especially riding ferry's wheel is fun. This hotel provides pick-up facility from High-speed railway station.

  Walking into the lobby, you immediately think its a nice hotel, perhaps 4 stars. Then the facade disappears when you enter their guest rooms. The room they gave us had this terrible stench like somebody peed all over the carpet. I complained and they suggested cleaning and a air purifier (which is a useless solution). I asked for a new room. They gave me another room and the smell was better but it was in terrible shape. Check out the disgusting pics. The shower was all black and molded which is a health hazard. The carpet behind where the outlets are had an absurd amount of dust; terrible for lungs. A bunch of the outlets were broken and falling off the wall. We also found a cockroach in the bed. The next day, we switched rooms for the 3rd time and it was more acceptable. A hotel should not be turning over a room that is not in acceptable condition, especially at the price they charge. Switching rooms 3 times is unacceptable. Im sure this hotel wouldve been pretty good if management actually spent money on maintenance. Hotel expects to charge at luxury price but the product is a best western.

  Acceptable stay according to the stars, but with unsatisfied service when looking into details. Such as let u find the baggage in storing after check out, with these covered... The echo sound of the lobby was not pleasant. One would be happier with the department store aside.
