  Whew! What a workout! Excited to try out another class here. The staff was extremely friendly, which was a huge plus. I also liked how they were generally interested in everyone’s personal goals and how they’d help to achieve those goals (measurements, something similar to an in-body check, diet, etc.). Events such as group challenges also sounded very interesting. Overall, great experience!

  Thank you F45 Taichung for letting my partner and I train at your studio. My partner and have been training with F45 in Brisbane, Australia for about 8 months now and are truly addicted. We were sad to leave it behind for our 3 week holiday in Taiwan. Fortunately, my partner was able to contact F45 Taichung for a trial class during our trip in Taiwan. The trainers were super welcoming and they were definitely able to provide the same kind of team spirit we love so much about F45. I loved how the trainers corrected our form and kept us motivated throughout the workout. At the end of the session, it was fun hanging out with all the members and getting to know how F45 Taichung ran their playoff and challenges. It's great to know that no matter where you go around he world, the same kind of family and support exists in the F45 community. Thanks for a great time!

  My partner and I were in Taiwan visiting family/ wedding photos and decided to see if F45 was as common as Australia. Turns out Taichung was the first one in Taiwan and we decided to pay a visit. (Also shows our addiction towards the F45 training!) The studio was spacious and comfortable for members. The trainers were both enthusiastic about the training and each individual's fitness levels as they were both also very good at correcting and keeping an eye out for everyone's postures during the workout. We really enjoyed the experience. We shared our studio experience from Australia with the trainers to give them further ideas to enhance future experience/ exercise for their members. Great to see a studio thriving and we hope more to come! Thank you Eason for the experience! Hopefully will visit again in the future!

  I’m suppose to be in Taiwan for my wedding photo shoot but felt something was amiss in my life. Shows how addicted I am to F45 when I did a google search and was delighted to find the one and only F45 studio open in Taiwan. F45 is not just about training hard but it’s a nice community that transcend through place, time and language... a culture that bonds over 45 minutes of blood, sweat and tears... and the usual screaming from the coaches. Thank you Coach Eason and F45 Taichung for letting me train with them. They just open in March 2018. Note to Singaporeans who are coming here, please bring your small towels. Unlike our studios in Singapore, they don’t provide small towels. Big towels for bathing is provided. :)
