    三月十四日晚上六點的服務小姐十分親切有效率，會適時主動給顧客意見解決問題，還幫顧客充分使用全家提供的優惠及便利。附近的7-11地點較好，吸納較多客流，但態度不佳，好幾次我都走出7-11，再多走一些到這家店，和這位小姐互動，心情就完全調整好了。
