  書報架 有 設局 誘騙 強迫購買 之嫌 8/9中午入店後老婆挑選冷藏櫃水果，本人順手翻閱一旁無包裝雜誌，時間約30秒，無任何開封折損凹痕動作。 店員大聲重複翻開雜誌就必須購買，並翻出書報櫃內小立牌，上有“翻開即購買”，但是書報架上紅色顯眼標示卻是“拆封需購買”。 店員重複跳針“翻開需購買”，並與櫃檯人員公開討論“他沒有要買啦”。給人強烈壓迫感，意圖明顯。 “翻開即購買”此舉與其他全家門市有明顯不同，且店員過於咄咄逼人，強烈建議若有類似特殊規定應提早告知，避免設局強迫消費之嫌。
