    飛買家的系統無法查詢訂單, 唯一可以查訂單的只有用自己的email查詢是否有收到訂單確認信, 但是因為飛買家曾經更改過內部系統所以訂單發送的名稱有變更, 半年前上網訂了wifi機但是因查不到訂單所以出發前又訂了一台, 等到取件前一天收到簡訊才知道重複訂購, 訂單金額只有兩百多但取消費用卻需要收取200元, 非常不合理.

    服務非常的不好， 說是配合的機票與wifi，但一需要幫忙時就只會推卸責任說這個無法處理，只能退訂(然後要高額的退訂金)，只能說非常的失望，就是個只售不售服的公司。
