  Not recommended for those who like to sleep in clean beds. The mattress, pillows and blankets were infested with bed bugs. Woke up with bites on my scalp, causing itchiness and swelling. Asked for full refund but still ended up paying for first night stay as well as cancellation fees. If you are attracted to this place due to its affordability and convenience...beware of the hygienic trade offs.

  住宿的设施不够完善，比如马桶按钮坏了，wifi可以连接可是用不了，而且服务人员没有告知住宿的房子（房间）在隔几条街的大楼，害我们拖着一堆行李走了好几条街

  Very bad attitude receptionist. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days and I just go to the reception desk to remind. Got a bad attitude face for just asking cleaning the room. Don't know why? Also, we use card to enter the hotel but got a very rude question "Who are you?"; If we are not hotel guests, how can we enter the hotel or even can ask in a more polite way. Staying for 6 days and regret the money paid. Wifi on 5th floor no use.

  location is very good because very near the shilin night market but the room is too small

  I stayed there only for one night, managed to find a good promotion and got a whole apartment in a price cheaper that most of hotels for a tiny room. It was clean, comfortable and good location. But the room was in a different place, 5min walk from the main reception. One thing for minus: I left my charger in a hotel room. Immediately wrote to the reception and after few emails they just stopped answering... Called me 3 weeks later (!!!) that they found it...
