  Where girls are free to enjoy working out, building muscles and challenging ones limits! There're some special courses provides such as barre. The fee is quite fair only it is restricted to online reservation and the system isn't friendly at all. If you couldn't reserve successfully at the first time, you will be put into waiting list, once there is a vacancy released it will send an notice to the registered email, yet not until you click thru the link, go to the website reserve again will your seat be secured. There are times that one delayed on registration after receiving the email notice and led to unable to join the target class. and Phone reservation is unavailable.

  very good!!! except.....too much rules related to attendance. need to be more customer oriented. a bit like military school. too strict.
