  多年來，我們一直都是好寵的忠實客戶，雖然好寵普遍東西比較貴，不過他們推薦的產品都是員工或是店貓(起司)或是店狗用過的。而且服務態度每一次都很親切。也認同他們貓旅館的高水準

  三年多來來過好幾次，店員換了一批後服務態度差很多，以往的親切跟熱心都沒了，以前無論店內人數多寡都能注意到顧客需求，現在被乾晾了10分鐘都不一定有人注意到你

  東西超貴，也不接受退貨。店員會亂推薦不適合的東西退貨政策很差。店家不會告訴你只接受二週內換貨。 Stay away: worst return policy as they only accept rerun for store credit in a very limited time. They won't inform you about the poor policy either. Items are hugely overpriced, you can easily get some items for less else where. Staff recommended me items that didn't work for my pets. Don't buy from this place!
