  Great hotel for the price. Great location by the river with free bike hire to explore. Rooms are clean and reasonable. Not 5* but great for the price. Staff are very smiley and speak reasonable English.

  This is our fifth day in Taiwan, great to choose hooray hotel. the hotel is just near the Love River, has great view, the surrounding area have lots of Taiwan traditional food. Thank you all. We love Hooray ！I will be back

  Very bad room service and super expensive. It cost me NTD 5000 per night. I am really very disappointed.

  Family of four with two young kids 11 and 9. Rooms were adequate and complementary breakfast was nice. The best thing was renting an electric scooter from the hotel and riding along Love River. You can ride on the bike lanes as the scooters do not go faster than 40 km/h. We had 4-5 hours of fun. Definitely the highlight of our trip.
