::While visiting Hualien with my mum and brother, I looked for a place to eat something sweet, since it was my mum’s birthday. I decided for this place after a google maps search, and I am really happy I did! I couldn’t read the menu with my little mandarin, but when I told the owners that it was my mum’s birthday, they made an extra special birthday waffle cake-ish, with candles and birthday song included. Really special, made our and mainly my mum’s day! The space itself is really cosy, with board games you can play while there. Staff is very friendly and there is a meek cat that comes by sometimes! Nice place indeed!
