  Excellent hotel for humble guests. Classic and modern with great service. Highly recommended for a five star hotel.

  Probably one of the better buffets around. Good quality food and wonderful service and very clean environment. Starting from 1280NTD, it's quite worth the money for lunch buffet :) You order one main which is freshly prepared while you start on the buffet section. They do have english menus. Not a lot of vegan options though!

  I’m very surprised to see some low ratings as I personally had a great experience, in rating it 5 (let’s face it, even some 5 star hotels don’t get this!) All staff were friendly, always greeting you when they see you. Check in was smooth, and hotel was quiet and clean (5-Star hotel clean). The pillows were amazing for me and slept like a baby. As in Asia, rooms were smaller but I didn’t feel like it was small. The location was excellent, not even a 5 min walk to the closest subway station (I think it was Taipei City Hall?) and of you’re into luxury stores, you’re surrounded by it. I never tried the restaurants by my friend, a local, said it was pretty decent. Would stay here again!

  Outstanding hotel. Perfect location in the city, surrounded by department stores and and modern buildings. The staff was friendly and professional, with proficient english for those who don't speak mandarin. The rooms were fantastic. Clean and simple, but beautiful. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good, but not outstanding. I would still recommend eating there. Overall a very it's nice hotel and I definitely recommend it.

  Comfortable stay. The rooms are decent sized and clean. Very good service, but some of the concierge struggle with English. It’s a bit odd taking an elevator up to the 6th floor then taking another elevator to the rooms, but overall great hotel in convenient area. Great value.
