::擴建成中型的健身工廠五福廠我個人是非常滿意的，位於大統三樓，就在捷運中央公園站旁，白天採光非常好，擴建後健身器材跟團體課程都變多了，也多了飛輪教室（可惜沒有平日白天的課程）更衣室除了基本配備淋浴間，也有了烤箱跟蒸氣室，運動完後可以好好享受一下。 團體課程的老師既認真又專業，課程多元有趣，特別喜歡上Radical Fitness的課，運動量十分足夠，整體環境也很乾淨，銀卡會員只要$988/月，對於每週去三天以上的我是非常划算的！

::教練態度非常不積極，已經主動指定教練了，一個多禮拜完全沒有連絡上，難怪大家都說五福是邊緣廠，不意外。

::Racist gym. I'm ex military, workout quietly and keep to myself. Wife is Taiwanese. Paid for a month long membership. Worked out a total of five days. First day went off without a hitch. After that, there was a trainer that worked there: a big boned fella with more fat than muscle. Each day he would get onto me about breaking rules I hadn't been informed of until I broke them. Thing is: when in Rome... I was following the lead of the other Taiwanese in the gym. They were silly things to, like sitting my bag on the floor next to me, standing in an open area where nobody was - because it was a "trainer only" area, etc. Always silly, petty junk all the other Taiwanese were doing. Finally, I wore jeans to the gym. This time I was informed I had to put on tights or sweats. When I said I didn't have any that day- they said I had to leave the gym immediately. I could not finish my workout and simply return later in the "proper attire". There was no notification of this rule and the only sign they had listed suggested fitness wear. In fact, I had worn the jeans my first day there. Nobody said anything. Told them I wouldn't be back and later decided I was going to drop the whole thing. Then some of my military brothers said they had encountered the same thing. Except for the one that spoke a little Chinese. Both came in together. The one that spoke Chinese got to walk in, while the other had to go back home to fetch his passport. Military should avoid. Just a headache. There are no refunds and there are plenty of other gyms in the area. Cheers!
