    老師教學細心並會觀察同學狀況，給予適當調整與協助，課程內容編排完整，課程中身體哪裡有伸展或訓練，後續就有相對應的動作舒緩。不像試上過的其它運動教室時常只注重在課程內容塞滿鍛鍊，運動後的收操伸展放鬆動作很少甚至沒有，造成課後隔日身體酸痛不已。在這邊可以安心並好好上一堂瑜珈課，完全符合快樂運動快樂學習。
