主要為自由重量 槓鈴 啞鈴超多 但機械式較少 主要是背部龍門架 其實就夠用了

Rating: 8.5/10 Conclusion: If Strongman is your thing, Gym Cube is hands down the best Pay-By-The-Minute Gym in Taiwan that slightly resembles a legit Strongman Gym. Powerlifting and crossfit are also welcomed. But not so much for the average soccer mom doing yoga, cycling and other random exercises. Pros: Chalk is allowed, there's even a bucket for that.(A rare privilege to have in Taiwan) There are plenty, I mean PLENTY of power racks, pull up bars, monkey bars. Rare aparatus(By Taiwanese standard) like Yoke, Sled, Safety Squat Bar, Swiss Bar are available. Space is ample. Decent Bathroom. Cons: No drinking fountains, plastic wrapped plates are hard to hold onto. Strongman equipment are still quite limited.(I don't blame then for that, the sport of Strongman is not quite popular here)

The equipment is new. Water is bottled and you have to purchase it. Plenty of lifters slamming weights and never cleaning up after themselves. Still better than World Gym. And no one will ever bother you. Put money on a card, work out, go home. There IS a shower!

Opened not too long ago, so facilities are very new and clean! Love how they charge by the minute (NT $1/ min and a little more during peak hours, which are weekday evenings to close). You purchase a membership card (for NT$100 if I remember correctly) and top it up with however much you like and voila! They have two sections. The front section has a few ellipticals, stationary bikes, machines, free weights and 6 squat racks. The back section has a stretching area with foam rollers and lacrosse balls, 4 squat racks, 3-4 deadlifting areas, small patch of artificial grass, 3-4 pull up bars, and monkey bars - kind of like a crossfit gym. They have one shower stall. Also, they don't have a water fountain, so be sure to bring your own water!
