::醫生、工作人員都非常親切，對動物有愛心，對「家長」有同理心。看診非常仔細！讚！唯一可惜的是，限於人力（醫師21：00下班），無法24小時看護寶貝的毛小孩......

::醫生護士人都很好，狗狗病情比較嚴重，醫生還會打電話關心近況 醫院環境很整潔，收費也合理，平日白天有預約很少要等，假日人會比較多一點

::洪醫師是一位非常優秀的醫生，問診詳細，舉凡慣用飼料、有無定期使用除蟲藥、使用的是何種牌子之類的都會仔細記載至病歷表上，也會提供值得參考的照護意見。 小王子動物醫院採預約制，預約的話掛號費也會比較便宜，此次貓咪因為上吐下瀉而至貴醫院看診，整個看診時間一共一個半小時左右，雖然收費並不到非常便宜，但卻也沒比其他家貴多少，不過問診時間非常充裕，整體來說這家的收費其實比別家還便宜，若是以收取費用與看診時間來做比較的話。 此次也做了健康檢查，洪醫師很細心的逐一解釋檢查結果之數據，若有不懂提出疑問，醫生也不會沒耐性，且醫院還會拷貝一份檢查報告給飼主，跟我以前看的獸醫院不一樣，以前看得獸醫院都直接將報告拿給飼主，只解釋有問題的部分，若想提出問題也時常因為後面還有病患而被敷衍對待，報告要馬是直接丟給飼主、不然就是醫院拿走不給飼主，所以像小王子這樣的醫院，將每個診療結果都一一解釋清楚，實屬難得。 小王子動物醫院裡面本身就有兩隻癱瘓的玳瑁店貓，看得出來兩隻都被照顧的非常好，若想讓自家寵物有比較好的醫療環境，建議可來小王子看診！

::I highly recommend Prince Animal Hospital! I found them by using Google maps, and made an appointment there based on some of the reviews here. I've since been here numerous times with my fat cat, who has severe hyperthyroidism, and I'm extremely impressed with the vets who have worked with my cat. I find them to be caring and knowledgeable, and have no hesitation trusting them to take care of my cat's medical needs. I had previously gone to another vet, who ended up giving me genetic hyperthyroidism medicine which came in massive green capsules, giving these caps to my cat was a twice daily nightmare which ended up with the cat becoming scared of me. Prince Animal Hospital gave me the correct, brand name medicine, in the form of tiny pills which I can easily "throw" into the back of the cat's mouth. The vets here at Prince Animal Hospital also take their time in explaining all aspects of the condition and possible forms of treatment, and they have made me aware of numerous treatment options which my previous vet didn't tell me about (either because they didn't know or couldn't be bothered). The first vet I saw had trained in Australia, and she has recently left and returned to the West Island. Since then I've see two other vets (one studied in Australia and the other in the UK) who are equally helpful, and have absolutely impeccable English (good news for us non-Chinese speaking immigrants). It's well advised to make an appointment advance, as they are obviously popular. I should also add that I (and some other customers) once turned up for an appointment and the hospital was shut, it turned out that they were doing an emergency operation, with all hands on deck. I was a bit put out that their receptionist hadn't called me in advance to cancel my appointment, and I did grumble a big (I was there during my lunch break), but I was lucky that my vet was still available to see me, it only involved a short wait. The main thing I take away from that incident is that they prioritize critical care, and that's something I have absolutely no problem with. UPDATE 10/7/17: Last night my cat had some reaction to the medicine. At around 23:00 (11p.m), I send a message with some pictures of the cat's vomit via Facebook messenger. I was planning to call the clinic first thing in the morning to get some advice. I was totally surprised when my consulting vet (Vanessa) replied almost immediately and had a long chat with me about various options, what to look out for, and what steps to take if things got worse (which they didn't). Prince Animal Hospital is NOT a 24 hour clinic, yet Vanessa was there for me and my fat cat at a ridiculously late time. I am extremely grateful, and can only hope that this review will encourage others to give this amazing animal hospital a try!
