  友人が部屋で怪我して夜遅くに急診で病院に行きましたが、嫌な顔一つもせず親切に日本語で対応してくれて、病院の予約やタクシー手配に連絡手段にホテル名刺や病院へのメモなどしてくれ本当に助かりました。 受付は日本語を話せるスタッフで緊急の対応など安心できました。 ホテル朝食はご飯と味噌汁、部屋もリニューアル後で綺麗で3日間快適でした。

  The room was fine. It had a bit of a smell, and there was only one tiny window that basically looked out directly into the wall of the next building. Maybe other rooms were nicer. The location was great, though!

  我是2016年去的，記得一進大廳就有一點煙味，房間也有，房間看起來乾淨，不過卻出現一隻蟑螂，所以後來也沒再去了。這附近住過四間，個人比較推薦附近的tango hotel長安館，雖然貴一點，但值得。

  Not impressed. Paid a ~2x premium due ($150) to the holiday but I wouldn’t pay half/normal rate. A 2-star hotel at best. Outdated rooms and shared spaces though king bed was large (but not that comfortable). Bath also had a shower but very odd layout the room we stayed in. A few staff smiled but others were preoccupied. Breakfast was very disappointing with no western options at all (even the eastern dishes were unappetizing) also we skipped it entirely the second/last morning of our stay. Glad we only had 2-nights booked and the next hotel we stayed a few blocks away felt even nicer in comparison.

  Check-in staff were great; our room wasn't quite ready, but it was fine and handled well. Room was fairly big, a bit outdated, but clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was superb. Wifi wasn't perfect, but worked great once connected. Great location. Overall pretty great for the price.
