  櫃台結帳速度與支援相當快速，很少會等待，空間有1F與2F，顧客用餐完畢經常沒有善後桌面，用餐時尚需注意。

  A McDonald's with poorly managed cleanliness and unprofessional service staff. The rest room on the ground floor cannot be locked, but has not been repaired for weeks. The restroom on the second floor had not been cleaned for over three hours when I visited. I ordered a cup of hot coffee but was given small soda. I complained, but the service staff only said it's the same price. Unbelievable! No apologies at all. Also, they hind the promotion menu at the ordering counter to discourage customers from ordering promotion items. Additionally, there're always sales people meeting their clients occupying a table without ordering anything from the store. This is not the place you can have a pleasant dining experience.

  昨晚約18：30左右站在得來速窗口的年輕弟弟，態度有待加強，餐點給我們後轉身就走，也不會說好了，讓我們就在車上一直等，連句謝謝也不會說，已經遇到第二次了，而且還都是同一個人
