  I think it's the first shisha/hooka bar in Tainan. One of the coolest places to hang out, East of the rail. Huge variety in flavors for the shisha and usually they are generous with the coal. They also offer many cocktails, just ask them if you can't find it in the menu, they normally just make them for you for a good (to a bit pricy) price.

  Nice atmosphere, but a little expensive, both for shisha and drinks.

  Great hookah. Big city feel in small tainan.
