  很棒的一家臺菜 主要是走精緻路線 我們兩大一小其實吃得不多 配合有打折的信用卡不到3000吃飽飽 以這種餐廳來說算是很親民了 最讓我驚豔的是白鯧米粉！！ 平常要吃白鯧米粉總要招一大群人才有辦法開鍋 可是瑞凡，找不到人啊！ 這邊有賣半鍋的鯧魚米粉喔！ 我們一家三口，點個半鍋，在叫兩樣小菜 吃飽飽！ 重點是鯧魚米粉超棒的啦！ 口味道地，裡面滿滿白鯧不手軟 還有軟而不爛的芋頭 米粉可以選粗的或細的 還有還有！湯可以一直加喔！ 他的高湯清爽有味 吃貨老婆說少一味～～～白胡椒！ 請服務員拿了白胡椒 正中！ 就是少了白胡椒！ 舀一碗鯧魚米粉再加一點白胡椒！！！ 完美！

  Ambience is very nice with high ceiling and lots of space between tables. Service was very good. However, food is just average considering the price is quite high.

  Had high hopes for this one as it is located inside a luxury hotel and recommended by Michelin (no stars). The restaurant is nicely decorated, with high ceilings and large windows. It also has several private banquet rooms. We were looking forward to some authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big disappointment. Pretty much all the dishes were average or even below average. Not a single dish was impressive and it was not a cheap meal. Not coming back and Michelin should review their recommendation!

  It's a high end Taiwanese cuisine. The place and atmorsphere were pleasant. They do every dish well. Price is also reasonable in its class. Not too many customers when we visited maybe because it's still new. I hope they can get more business and survive.

  米香是少數大飯店內的台菜餐廳(大概最有名的是兄弟飯店內的蘭花廳了)。米香菜色的選擇和口味我會給到四顆甚至五顆星，隨便點了幾道，表現都頗為亮眼。會讓人有種，”這就是最好的台菜了呀”的信心。 有個問題我覺得是標價實在太高了，例如三杯黃牛尾口味非常純正、牛尾入味且Q彈，但標價1200，並且份量和菜單的圖片有小落差，讓人微微的失望。另外一些擺盤和菜色呈現也比較弱。 可能是餐廳有意識到標價太高的問題，因而推出一份”阿嬤的古早味”菜單，裡面比較多的就是平價但相較之下比較沒這麼精緻的小吃。 整體感覺，綜合C/P值，如果比較嚴格的話會給3顆星，google平分的標準比較寬鬆就給4顆吧。想吃精緻台菜的話，可是來試試看。
