  old building with odd columns that blocks the wide view....good for enjoying night breeze though

  Cozy place to grab a drink. The only bad thing is you only can have good view with some sitting area.

  Only a small area of bar actually has a view and mostly of the modern buildings nearby. I was hoping to be able to see greater Taichung and was a little disppointed. Best views obscured by decor walls. I had a well made mojito for 380nt and the worst pizza ever for 380nt (undercooked frozen base with no topping on half of it).

  This rooftop bar is an excellent place to see the city lights. Their Mai Tai was on the sweeter side but delicious.
