::很多熱心服務的義工。公務人員動作都很快，加上現在的風氣使然，不太會有臭臉服務惡劣的人員出現。如果偶然遇到的話，就當作中獎而別太在意了吧。

::財政部台灣省北區國稅局桃園分局。 7樓遺贈稅課，態度很好，比遠傳還好，有耐心教導民眾申報，但複雜程度不是一般人能懂的，難理解且耗時，建議一般民眾找代書。 影印機1面1元，很便宜、方便。

::來辦理的時候民眾不多,服務態度很好,尤其是諮詢台小姐會主動幫忙自助影印,有汽機車停車位,...公車(內壢火車站/藝文特區搭168.桃園火車站到統領百貨搭105.707,桃園高鐵/莊敬路搭707...市公所免費公車繞全桃園市區可達大業路三元街口...L101/L102/L103/L105
