  酒店房間多塵，地毯亦不乾淨，而且厠所抽氣差，可選擇同區其他同級旅店。

  鄰近臺北車站，乘坐捷運或臺鐵，均很方便，地點適合自由行嘅旅客。 旅店員工友善，願意解答及介紹旅客問題。旅店在地面沒有大堂，要到二樓辦理手續，升降機比較窄，但房間還算好，房間清潔，基本設施齊全。

  雖然是舊樓改裝，但房間設備齊全，職員和靄可親，樂於助人。隣近臺北車站，交通方便，附近有很多不同種類的小食店。有新光三越百貨公司，H&M. 唯是食早餐要去附近的餐廳，這是美中不足之處。

  櫃檯的服務人員態度不是很好，在check in房間時候，態度很趕急的，讓客人感覺很不舒服，當時飯店當時沒有其他客人，為什麼他不能慢慢的來服務顧客嗎？

  include the Kaifong, i had stay in three different hotel in ORANGE GROUP. i quit like the Kaifong, because the room is big and in classic style. the bed and pillow provided was comfortable. the staff is very nice and helpful. the bath room was clean and hot water is very stable. but the room wifi not stable enough. there had some recommendation, may there some notice for the traveler to be "lower voice" at late night or close the room door gently.
