  A hotel with spacious views, but with subpar qualities for both food and service. There's no elevator connecting the basement parking and the lobby level. The food at cafeteria is far below the quality you expected from an OK restaurant. Also, you can see bugs flying around at the dining areas in the summer. The corners at the swimming pool are dirty and not well maintained. The location is also slightly off the downtown. Not an ideal place for vacation stay.

  Great hotel, beautiful view. I just wish they didn't allow Chinese tour groups, and the breakfast was lousy (few choices and only catering to the Chinese diet). I do feel it is nice enough to leave a 4. I will visit again, hopefully to find a better clientele and improved breakfast?

  A five star hotel with large compound, large swimming pool and gym. Room is spacious but toilet is so so. Full set of toiletries provided. Room is clean but not new. DVD rental is available near lobby. Several shop available at level 1 where you can buy some basic things and souvenirs. Buffet breakfast and dinner not as good as International 5 star hotel but food is acceptable. Wifi is available but speed is not good.

  The problem started last night around 7:30. Our room was starting to smell like smoke and getting worse over time. We called down to the front desk, telling them that we thought the people in the room next door were smoking. We told them that when we went closer to the room-conjoining door, the smell got worse. In addition to that, the people next door were being loud and it was getting close to our children's bedtime. Apparently, the front desk called up and asked the people in the room next door whether they were smoking; they claimed that they were not. Apparently, the people at the front desk told them that if they did not stop smoking, they would call the police; the people still denied it. Apparently, the owners of the hotel here, and the employees of the hotel, cannot enter the room to prove that they were smoking, so they said that there was nothing that they could do. This entire hotel is (supposedly) non-smoking. After we complained again, they offered to move us up to a different room. We were reluctant, because our baby needed to go to sleep. Eventually, we agreed. When we got to the new room, we found that the lights behind the bed or unable to turn off without turning off all of the power in the room semicolon this would mean that we would not have any power to charge our phones or to power the white noise machine that we use for the baby. After we had two separate people come into the room to try to fix the problem, eventually we convince them to take the light fixtures out of the light behind the bed so that we could turn off the lights and still have power in our room. This is not the best design. Things worked out, but it took a really long time and was very frustrating the entire time. Our baby eventually went to sleep, exhausted from all the commotion. Otherwise, this is a beautiful hotel with many amenities. Not directly in town but walkable. The rooms are dated, with subpar layouts and too few electrical outlets. The suite also lacks doors between rooms. The beds are way too hard, particularly for side sleepers, but the tatami style beds are (surprisingly) softer.
