::This place was not fun. The pong setup is terrible and you have to pay to play for only 10 minutes. Drinks are way over priced and there are 5 employees for every person who chose to go to Pong Taipei. If you want to spend crazy amounts of money and get almost nothing in return, enjoy! Do not recommend this place. Taipei has too many other fun options. Be smart.

::If you want to play beer pong with your friends, DO NOT go to this place. They do not have beer pong. They charge NT550 for 10 minutes of play against a staff member. NT350 minimum for a drink. If you love to spend insane money for minimal drinks and 10 minutes of modified beer pong, this is your place. If you want to play beer pong, this is not the place to go.

::Rude staff especially the cashier - kept rolling her eyes at everything, chill out girl, not asking you to be friendly (although that might actually help you get paid more) but don’t be rude! With all due respect, you’re ain’t all that just yet, so tone the attitude down. Would’ve spent more time here but bad attitude of hers made me wanna leave. So I did. My cocktails took ages to be made - which I was happy to overlook if it wasn’t for that lady giving me attitude although they stuffed up, plenty of staff but not doing much to get drinks out quicker. Otherwise fun spot, drink-pong looked fun, and girls running it looked fabulous. However I would avoid if you’re after some sort of level of service.

::店員服務態度很差，前陣子跟朋友去玩，不小心遺漏圍巾在店裡，隔天有打回去跟店裡店員確認圍巾還在不在，店員還傳照片跟我們確認是哪一天且說會為我們保留，但因為我住台中所以隔了比較久才上台北回店裏拿，結果當下店員們都說現在營業時間無法幫我查遺失物（？），說請我留電話資料等他們關門後會幫我查並在隔天會回我電話，我等了好多天卻毫無音訊，一通電話都沒接到！之後我又傳了簡訊問當初幫我找到圍巾的公關，當下他說要幫我找找，結果也一樣又消失好幾天都回覆⋯ 也許我隔了比較久才回來拿我的遺失物，店家可能會定期清理，但是否如果真的定期清理遺失物時會跟顧客再次確認，我們並不是沒有留電話給他們，而且重點是不管今天東西還在不在，至少都給消費者一個回應，而不是這種消極的態度，讓人很不舒服，以後也再也不會去這一家店。
