    是因為聽說這家建商，在台北的口碑不錯。所以就專程過來看看。只是很可惜，地基才挖了一點點，距離蓋好至少要二、三年以後。所以是道道地地的預售屋。 然而開價竟然比附近的成屋每坪還要高出10萬以上！ 很納悶…？真的有這種行情？ 也許，需要買過住過這家建商蓋的房子的人，來回答了！
