  The restroom at the rest stop was clean and didn't smell. On the first floor, you can find an arcade. There is a variety of choices between the food courts downstairs and upstairs. You can bring your food to the 2nd floor and sit outside to enjoy the view. There is also a playground for the kids, but looks a bit old. This is a great place to rest and get something to eat.

  Another rest station in Taiwan. Most rest stations I have seen are very similar. They offer various types of food, toilet, groceries and souvenirs.

  Very impressed! Qingshui is an excellent Highway Rest Area and also a family friendly place: 1) Large and clean toilets. (This is a must, I say!) 2) Restaurants (You can choose to grab a coffee, eat pastries, or have a meal. 3) For tourists, you can buy souvenirs and assorted pastries or snacks. 4) More restaurants upstairs 4) There is a playground and a mini arcade outside.

  This place is great to rest, eat, and enjoy the beautiful fishes in the mini aquarium that is inside. Yo also can buy souvenirs, use the restroom or just visit a interesting place. I recommend you to make a stop 8n this place, it would take you a few minutes to look around the interesting things in this place.

  This is not a rest stop, it's The Rest Stop. The parking lot is almost at a theme park scale. The restrooms are easily accessible, with plenty of stalls and facilities to freshen up at. The main attraction is the multi-level main building with all the shops and restaurants. You can see many chains with a branch here, all doing brisk business at all hours. There is even an aquarium built into the wall of the second level. Everything is kept bright and clean, there are no area which feel dim or sketchy. The restaurants can be quite pricey, and not of the highest quality... but reasonable if you've just driven for hours along the length of Taiwan and need a good long break!
