::唉… 從進門到看診... 足足花上1hr.在我前面是一組毛孩住院的家長,不過獸醫也僅僅用了10分鐘和他們解說寵物住院事項! 在沒人理我們爺兒倆的情況下!! 我們等了足足1個鐘頭。 要不是外頭萬安演習... 閒雜人等不能亂竄...9萬的罰金,真想就這麼離開。 咱家... 寶貝摔傷,進出之間花了2000多! 就算要複診,也不想再回去"全國",無法有同理心的獸醫... 說穿了? 別人家的毛孩是... 別" ... 人" ... 家"... 的。不關獸醫ㄉ事!!! 雖然在1週後曾來電關心毛孩近況,但! 經過看診服務後... 這樣ㄉ關心會讓人覺得,這僅僅是賺錢的手段而已! 不了,沒有同理心的獸醫院... 不需要拿毛孩ㄉ生命來開玩笑...。 一"次"足以!!!!

::The reception staff are fantastic. The doctors vary. In my personal experience, the female doctor who works only on Saturdays seems to be the most knowledgeable and professional. She's also a better communicator than the other doctors. The other doctors I've had experience with ( three male doctors) are more pushy and less likely to listen to you. They'll just push through with whatever they want to do. One doctor in particular doesn't listen to a single thing you want or say about your pet, just gives the medicine and treatment he thinks is appropriate. Frustrating and scary. For emergencies, great service as it's 24 hours, for long-term treatment, I'd look for another company. The prices are astronomically, astronomically high and don't really equate to the service you get. Also, a lot of the time they'll see your pet and do all these treatments without telling you or asking, and the bill at the end will be massive and not exactly what you went in for. Finally, like the vast majority of vets in Taiwan, they're better with dogs than cats. I brought in my cat and the vet prescribed exactly the same treatment I said didn't work with other vets in the past.

::小貓得了貓瘟，來這裡掛急診，醫生人非常好很願意解釋給我們聽很多東西，也給我們很多時間去討論後續的事。 雖然小貓隔天就走了，但還是謝謝他們。 但收費真的很貴，住院一晚是2000。

::喵喵乳線癌開刀技術很好，說是真皮跟表皮都細心縫製處理；但後續處理卻有夠糟糕；喵開完刀後明顯在醫院心情不好不吃不喝，接出來自己照顧，也是到第二天才開始主動進食，第三天就要回診拆線？！跟醫生討論傷口復原可能不佳畢竟也才進食一天，醫生說他會評估然後就拆線了！結果！結果！結果！喵喵一被抱出來，傷口就蹦開鮮血直冒！趕緊又抱進去縫？！真的是荒謬至極！亂縫的下場是幾天後傷口潰爛！只好換去別間分院！那場景至今無法忘懷！還是當時掛名分院院長頭銜的醫生！今天如果是人被這樣處置，你不早就被告到身無分文？不要以為毛小孩的命不是命！下輩子一樣要還的！
