  It's a very wonderful experience about having a hot spring at this very high-class hotel service is very attentive staff is very well trained very friendly everything is nearly perfect 👍

  Extremely polite and helpful staff! Very welcoming and incredibly comfortable stay. Room included a private hot spring bath that was so relaxing. Decor was tasteful and draws directly from Japanese influence. Highly highly recommended, would visit again!

  First time to try hot spring room , 90mins for a sensational relaxing experience. Service from gate ro room to restaurant is amazing. However, afternoon tea quality is disappointing... which is why I am only rate 3 stars.

  Best hotel I've been to, even better than quite a few 5 stars, expensive, or hotels in Japan. Everything is neat and tidy, clean, polite. Very good attitude to every little detail by every single employee I've met there.

  Bought a package for a public On Sen and lunch. Food quality and restaurant service is excellent. The indoor hot spring while not a complete let down but not really that special. The view from the pool is beautiful but unfortunately it is obstructed by window glass and half open blinds. It would be so awesome if windows could just be either removed during the day or if at least a part of the glass wall was removed. A narrow open strip of glass at the bottom which let's the fresh air in is not enough. Feels like a waste of location potential. Hotel staff is very well trained, helpful and polite.
