    福州阿姨開的上海香酥雞，現炸非常好吃，和一般的鹹酥雞很不一樣，招牌的香酥雞有一點薑汁的味道，三角骨也不錯，蠻特別的，肉是炸比較乾一點的那種，很香，量蠻多的，南部很多，台中只有少少幾家，是東海別墅唯一的一家香酥雞。
