  4月27日からスイートに家族で3人で3泊。36階ラウンジのスタッフ気遣いは、東京に比較すると残念。先々月のグランドハイアット台北ラウンジとの比較でもスタッフの落ち着きや目を見ての対応少し劣る。６階の遠東カフェの朝食もざわついて落ち着かず、スタッフのサービスもラグジュアリーホテルのものではないと感じる。１、笑顔がない２、コーヒーのお替りの等の気遣いもない。朝食は大切です。即改善必要と思います。お部屋については、タオル、ベッド、アメニティ、清掃は良い。ウォシュレットは不具合・稼働せず。日本製に変えたほうが良い。屋上プールは、眺望抜群で快適。色々指摘したがまた次も泊まりたい。GMが現場を見て、自ら感じて、GMの力で即改善を期待します。

  1.此次為第一次入住香格里拉集團飯店，透過luxury circle訂房，CI時櫃檯人員並無解說專案含早餐以及USD100的使用方式，也無介紹黃金會員入住可預支250美金等福利，也無介紹飯店環境以及設施，只告知可以用優惠價格升等豪華閣房型(事後查詢房價並無優惠，僅是房間價差而已)。後來換另外一個人拿房卡給我時才介紹訂房專案以及飯店設施。 2.喜歡房間布置風格，歡迎禮也是很用心，有度假的氛圍、客房服務也是令人滿意、有使用頂樓泳池有SPA池，此次體驗滿意。 3.隔日至餐廳使用早餐被告知訂房沒有含早餐，要我簽房脹，結果餐廳人員經過很久的查詢才得知是報表出問題，實際上訂房專案是含早餐的，雖然早餐餐點豐盛，也因為此事件有不好的用餐經驗，草草用餐結束。 4.除了CI不好的經驗以及早餐的事件外，算是值得回訪的飯店。

  The hotel itself is luxurious, however slightly dated. Our room was adequate in size and had views of the 101 however the windows were dirty. Exterior windows must be cleaned for often. The horizon club was a beautiful space to relax and the breakfast offerings were standard. Some of the staff in the horizon club were nice, while others were just there. I believe that freshly squeezed orange juice is a standard offering at any five star luxury property around the world, even if it’s not available on the pantry, it should be available by request. During breakfast at the club lounge, I asked for a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and was served juice from concentrate. The lounge staff gave me an excuse regarding the different oranges that they used and that is why the juice tasted like concentrate. To a person who has stayed in luxury properties all over the world, one can determine if the orange juice is freshly squeezed in one sip. So I hope the hotel does take into consideration of improving their beverage selections. We had lunch at the Xiang palace and it was superb, the best thing about this stay. The Peking duck was delicious. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
