  網路訂票取票機沒放在一樓，也沒明顯標示在哪裡可以取票，我們在一樓跟著人群在賣票機前排了一下，覺得怪怪的，又跑去五樓餐點販賣處也沒看到，只好又下到四樓才看網路取票的裝置，感覺動線設計不是很貼心。 戲院內有整修過算乾淨， 座位寬敞，整體還不錯。

  電影座位舒適，座位前後或左右都寬敞，座位前面都不會擋到視線，第一排座位離螢幕有適當的距離，即使坐到第二排也不會覺得很前面，每次看電影還是喜歡到欣欣秀泰影城看。

  雖然店員是出了名的臉臭，但設施真的很棒，座椅很寬敞、座位之間的距離也很適當。爆米花好吃。但不管是售票人員、檢票人員、食物區人員真的都臉很臭⋯好像很不爽上班⋯

  我看電影最愛的首選，每層樓都有舒適的沙發等候區，還有五星級的廁所(有水晶燈，沙發座椅可臨放東西=>你沒看錯，真的是廁所，還有免治馬桶座哦)。 重點~看電影的座椅比較大，比較柔軟舒適，坐3ㄍ小時屁股也不會痛，也很乾淨。

  I go here regularly. There are a couple of things I really like about this place. 1. Being able to pick your own seat and purchase your tickets ahead of time. After you buy them, pull up your phone with the email they sent and scan in 2D bar code into the machine to get your tickets. 2. They let you bring in your own food. The other day I brought in some Burger King and they didn't even bat an eye, I saw many others with bags of food from other places. 3. They keep it cool in the theater, this is a good thing and a bad thing, depending on if you remembered to bring a jacket.
