  A place to whom like cigar can't miss. And it only charge NT.100 each ppl if you bring your own wine.

  Place has a decent selection of cigars (as well as tobacco and pipes) at your average Taiwan prices. Again like most other Taiwan cigar shops, they tend to have more Cubans (due to prestige) and not much of the rest. Nevertheless, the shop owners are friendly and down to earth. Moreover, they have some indoor seating for you to smoke your cigar as well as a limited selection of drinks. Only problem is the place closes rather early.
