::I was about to order flower for New Taipei City because it says on the website delivery everywhere in Taiwan and then while doing the last step it said delivery only in Taipei city... That's very confusing. I liked the flower I chose but didn't order at the end since I don't know if it is possible or not to deliver in New Taipei city, and if impossible, why? That's weird.
