  For those visiting Taiwan this will remind you of an old school basement gym from the 80's complete with pictures of arnold and other bodybuilders on the wall. The equipment is old and limited in comparison to gyms in the US and not the cleanest. However, if your goal is to simply lift and get a good workout in with minimal sales pitches or contracts, this gym will get the job done.

  收費實惠，店長教學認真，教練親切，硬體設備比較老舊，但來的人都是認真想運動的，不像其他健身房是來拍照騙讚的，激勵努力運動的氣氛很好。

  環境不算極佳，但價格便宜。因此CP還可接受。浴室的整潔僅能說勉強可以接受。 只是2015-2016兩位股東彼此的糾紛造成許多客人會籍受到影響，對於此處的使用或消防執照是否合格建議要多加查證。
