::Really great place explaining in detail what the entire 2.28 incident and bits about how Taiwan was like under Japanese rule. Most of the exhibits have only Chinese words, but you can get an English audio guide from the counter. Just pass them your photo ID (eg. drivers license, identification card) and exchange it for the audio guide. You'll get your ID back after that. Staff are very friendly as well

::A great place to come and learn about the 2.28 incident. At the reception, if you have some form of ID, you can borrow an audio guide. It's best to get the guide if you want to get the most out of the museum. If you do, then it's best to plan on taking about an hour to go round as the explanations are details and quite lengthy.

::This place is used to be the radio station where the crowd took over during the 228 incident. Now it's the 228 museum for those who want to learn more about this incident. After the massive shooting on 2/28, 1947, the Taiwanese crowd took over the radio station and broadcast the bloody news to the rest the island and therefore, rise the curtain of 288 incident and the white terror in Taiwan. You can learn more about the 228 incident through a local free walking tour called Old Town Taipei tour.
